Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or US territories at this time.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us at support@gosanva.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
